Leadership Santa Maria valley is an issue-oriented leadership development program limited each year to 25 diverse individuals who are committed to civic leadership and Community Trusteeship. The program is open to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in the Santa Maria Valley. 

As a LSMV participant, you will gain invaluable skills of conflict resolution, consensus building, working with the Media, organizing meetings, conducting focus groups, and public speaking. During the program you will develop relationships with current and aspiring community leaders. These skills and relationships will benefit you in both your personal and professional life and assist you in unlocking your potential.
